From full planning to partial planning and day of coordination, we support you at every stage while managing timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination behind the scenes. Our decor and design services focus on creating warm, timeless spaces through thoughtful styling and cohesive details, while our curated rentals add charm and character to every setting.

Leslie Luu

Known for her love of order (and a touch of OCD when it comes to cleaning and organizing), Leslie is the one behind the structure that keeps everything running seamlessly. When she’s not planning weddings, you’ll find her on a racquet court or powerlifting at the gym. A mother to a little one and somehow thriving on very little sleep — she brings both precision and heart to every event.

Lead Assistant

Michelle is known for her unmistakable, contagious laugh — the kind that instantly fills a room. Warm, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile, she’s the one staying until the very end (and somehow still making a 7am flight the next morning). Beneath her expressive and lively personality is a surprisingly calm side — she finds her zen in colouring, which perfectly balances her bold energy.

Mimi

Lead Coordinator

You’ll spot Mimi by her ever-changing hair — and the calm confidence she brings into every room. Quietly powerful, quick-thinking, and incredibly intuitive, she has a way of solving problems in real time before anyone else even notices. While most people dream of flower fields, Mimi is happiest exploring aquariums, watching deep sea documentaries, and learning about the fascinating world of sea creatures.

Annette

Decor Team

Witty, warm, and stronger than she looks, Annette is the one behind so many of the little behind-the-scenes decor details. She moves quickly on site, adapts effortlessly, and has a way of making everyone around her feel at ease. A true animal lover and constant source of light (and laughter), she brings both heart and humour to every event — and somehow still finds time to make a seriously good cheddar scone.

Maria

Admin & Event Support

Maria may no longer live in the city, but she’s still a big part of the Elle Weddings team behind the scenes — helping with everything from design boards and floorplans, and other tiny details in between. Known for her warm smile and adorable laugh, she brings a calm energy wherever she goes. But once she’s comfortable? She’ll be dancing all night like the wedding is her own. And if there’s one thing she loves almost as much as weddings… it’s Joe Jonas.

Darnell

Operations & Support

Darnell is Leslie’s husband and the quiet force keeping everything grounded behind the scenes. The backbone, the support system, and somehow the reason things actually get done on time. Calm, dependable, and always willing to jump in wherever needed, he’s a huge part of what keeps Elle Weddings running smoothly. Fun fact: nothing makes him happier than the gentle pitter patter sound of rain.
