Our Partial Planning service was designed for those who want to have that lead on the planning details—while still having access to the invaluable expertise and guidance of an experienced Vancouver wedding planner.
We provide you with guidance throughout your planning process including vendor recommendations, timeline development and production schedule, decor and floral guidance, site visits, floorplan development, as well as ongoing email support right up until we take over the month prior to your wedding.

MONTH OF MANAGEMENT
We will reach out to you 4-6 weeks before your wedding date to help pull all the details together. We require a sufficient amount of time to learn about what you've planned and confidently take the final details planning off your hands. We build you a very detailed timeline covering ALL steps and help finalize a solid version of your floorplan, take over all vendor communication, attend your rehearsal, and coordinate all the vendors and logistics on your wedding day exactly as you envisioned and troubleshoot all of the hiccups that typically arise!

Month of coordination enables you unlimited email interaction, and partial planning allows unlimited emails, texts and phone calls.
About a month before your wedding day we will gather all the information from you and work on a detailed timeline and floorplan for all involved parties to follow. The timeline will be distributed to all vendors and any questions asked will be handled by us so you don not have to worry about anything!
Let us coordinate all the details of your wedding day with the vendors so that you don’t have to. It can be overwhelming exchanging calls and emails with 10+ vendors and information can get confusing or lost. We can ask all the right questions and know what information is required so that nothing is missed.
On the day of the event, we will be there early to set-up, coordinate with the vendors, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Any issues that arise will be handled by us and any questions or complaints can also be directed to us so that you are not bothered at all.
Let us know the date of your rehearsal as soon as you find out so that we can ensure our attendance. The rehearsal is important for going over the final details and especially useful for your wedding party and family to do a ceremony run-through.
