We will provide you with all the tools to help your planning process including checklists, 24/7 email interaction, design proposals, vendor recommendations, budget spreadsheets, and much more. We will create a very detailed timeline and production schedule and attend the rehearsal run through.
During our first meeting we will learn about what you’re looking for in a venue and help you find the perfect space based on guest count, budget, location, distance, and style. We will join you in each site visit and provide insightful feedback which will make your decision making easier and smoother.
We will help you create a budget spreadsheet to keep track of your wedding expenses so that we can remain as close to your budget as possible. We will share with you where you can cut costs, and also suggest to you the vendors that work within your budget.
A wedding coordinator will be there to execute the wedding day and to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will coordinate all the details with the vendors so that you don’t have to. Basic set-up and tear down included.
We'll take out our golden book of vendors and recommend to you the one that matches best with your style, personality, and budget. We will review their terms & conditions, ask all the right questions, and compare costs with other competing vendors.
