5 Decor Rental Ideas to Consider for Your Vancouver Wedding

March 1, 2023

Have you ever stepped into an event and felt as if you had just stepped into another world? When we work with couples to select their wedding decor in Vancouver, that’s our goal. We want the vibe to be immediately clear to you and your guests and this is true whether we’ve worked with you to achieve a contemporary and modern-feeling event, with minimalistic, sleek accessories or if the design is more rustic, with a nature-inspired wedding arch rental.

Feautred in Confetti Magazine - A Zelda Inspired Wedding

May 25, 2021

I'm so happy that we are featured again on Confetti Magazine here: https://confettimagazine.ca/realweddings/a-legend-of-zelda-themed-wedding-with-a-trex-cameo/! This wedding is a little more unique than the others I have submitted, in that it steers away from the typical classic glam or rustic vibe and more of a quirky, nerdy one (which I loooove)! The theme of today’s wedding feature was largely based on the couple’s mutual love of movies and video games, with a touch of tradition. A gorgeous venue, handmade triforce, a life sized inflatable dinosaur, rupees used as gift notes, and a beautiful cape wedding dress – we are starry-eyed with the brilliance of Susan and Derek’s magical wedding at Riverway Clubhouse in Burnaby, BC.

Elopement Package NOW LIVE!

March 21, 2021

Hello readers! Planning a wedding has been a bit of a feat in the last little while hasn't it? According to Hellosafe.ca, B.C'S Wedding industry lost $158 million in 2020. The decline was most apparent where the number of marriages passed from 1,453 in 2019 to 730 in 2020 (-49.8 %). Considering that a large majority of celebrations have been postponed to 2022, we are most likely going to see a record year for the wedding industry in BC, hitting at almost 900 million!

Featured in Canadian Bride Guide: Night at the Museum

February 2, 2021

Leslie and Shane originally had planned a larger celebration with all of their closest friends and family in early August 2020. Covid threw a little dent in their plans which had them them to move their date later in the year to October 31st, hoping the guest count restriction of 50 would lift.

Venue Feature: Hart House Restaurant

June 10, 2020

Uniquely West Coast, Hart House has some of that old-world charm with a touch of idealistic romance. It’s tented, sits by a beautiful lake, and is surrounded by hundreds of tall lush trees and bushes. In the spring and summer, you’ll see lots of flowers in bloom along with little birds and squirrels trotting on their cute little feet (sort of like a scene in Bambi J)

As you are the Moon of his life, he shall be your Sun and Stars – Game of Thrones Wedding

June 4, 2020

Hi everyone! For Throwback Thursday, I wanted to share a very special wedding that I worked on with one of my favourite couples, Kimisha and Aja. They are the coolest people and I was incredibly happy to have had the honor of being their wedding day of coordinator. The wedding venue was the legendary UBC Boathouse, one of the most popular wedding sites in Vancouver and the lower mainland and it took place during Spring Break in March of last year. I’ll be writing a review about this venue in the next few weeks so keep a lookout when it gets posted.

LOVE NOTES

Leslie was organized, efficient, worked with what we wanted, easy to communicate with, and so lovely to work with. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to plan our wedding! She is super knowledgeable about all of the best deals and vendors in the area and was able to create our dream vision with our budget. She took a lot of things off our plate with handling the vendors and everything on the special day making it stress free. On top of taking on all of these responsibilities, she was always so quick to respond. Leslie is the best and we will miss working with her!

Leslie helped to ensure our wedding day was amazing. She is attentive, responsive, flexible, and always smiling. Working with her was a pleasure and we'd highly recommend working with her. My husband and I were able to just enjoy the day while she took care of all the details on the day of, guiding us with a smile and always showing her caring attitude. As the day passed by me as a blur, I remember Leslie always busy working to make sure the details were perfect. Very grateful to have found her and for the work and love she put into our wedding. Thanks Leslie!
